SiMAG - ionex

SiMAG-ionex - terminal ion-exchange groups are reversibly to charged groups of biomolecules and can be eluted with salt- or pH-gradient. Ion-exchange separation can be used for many applications such as the isolation of proteins, antibodies, DNA/RNA and other biomolecules.

Anion-exchange magnetic particles bind selectively to the negatively charged membrane groups of cells, bacteria or viruses which can be separated by magnetic forces.

Application: Separation of antibodies, proteins or peptides
Formulation: suspension in ddH2O, autoclaved
Concentration: 50 mg/ml
Particle sizes: 0.5 µm, 0.75 µm, 1.0 µm
