SiMAG-DNA

SiMAG/K-DNA and SiMAG/MP-DNA beads have been developed for automatic DNA/RNA separation such as genomic DNA,
plasmid DNA, total RNA and PCR products. DNA/RNA bind to these porous silica surface under high salts conditions (5 M guanidinium thiocyanate). The superparamagnetic SiMAG/K-DNA beads and the ferromagnetic SiMAG/MP-DNA beads have excellent magnetic properties and are therefore most suited for automatic DNA/RNA separation / purification. Since different robot systems work with different processing methods or magnetic separation systems, either superparamagnetic or ferromagnetic SiMAG-DNA beads will lead to optimal results.
